This weekend, we embarked on our first collaborative community art project (but certainly not our last), the Kindness Project, with a goal of spreading kindness, joy, and connection throughout our community.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of this heartfelt initiative aimed at spreading positivity and connection within our community. This project invites everyone to participate in simple yet meaningful acts of kindness, creating a ripple effect of goodwill.
The Kindness Project was born out of a desire to foster a more compassionate and supportive community. In a world where small gestures can make a big impact, we believe that kindness is a powerful tool for change. Inspired by these values, we aim to bring people together, encouraging a culture of empathy and support.
We are delighted to have Cathy Hay, Winchester realtor, as our generous sponsor for this project. Her support is instrumental in bringing our vision to life, allowing us to provide necessary resources such as food for our painters and art supplies. This sponsorship not only validates the importance of our mission but also empowers us to make a tangible difference.

Scavenger Hunt: Explore your communities of Chesterville, Winchester, and Kemptville and keep an eye out for Kindness Dolls hidden in various locations. Each doll carries an affirmation or kindness quote as well as instructions on how to spread the love!
Share Your Discovery: When you find a doll, share your experience by posting a photo and your thoughts on social media using the hashtags listed on the project instructions in the bag you find. This helps spread the joy and encourages others to join the hunt.
Spread the Word: Tell friends and family about the Kindness Project to help us reach more people.
Together, we can create a wave of kindness that touches every corner of our community. Let’s come together to make a difference and celebrate the power of kindness!
